How is the refund policy granted?
The refund policy is granted only if you are purchasing a service for the first time! For example, if you bought a web hosting package and cancelled it, we will refund you. If you order web hosting from us again in the future and cancel the package, we are no longer able to offer you a refund.
We are very confident in the quality of the services we offer.
How and when is the money refunded?
For payments made by: online card, bank transfer, PayPal, the money is refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the moment the request was made, to the account the payment was made from.
For payments made by SMS or Paysafecard, the money is refunded within a maximum of 24 hours from the moment the request was made in the client account.
What are the fees for refunding money?
For any payment method, the fee we charge is 15%, which means that out of 10 euros paid, you will receive 8.5 euros back if you want a refund.
How many days do I have to cancel a service to get my money back?

- 2 days for: Virtual Servers
- 2 days for: Metin2 Hosting | CS 1.6 Hosting | SA:MP Hosting | FiveM Hosting
- 24 hours for: Dedicated Servers
